Questions About Your Gate
My gate stopped closing. Is it safe to keep using it?
Do not force it or drive through while it is moving. Switch the opener off, use the manual release if the gate needs to stand open or shut, and keep children and pets clear. A gate that stalls part way usually has a power, sensor or track problem. The troubleshooting guide lists the checks that are safe to make yourself.
Do you work on swing gates and sliding gates?
Yes, both. We replace worn hinges, rollers and tracks, fix gates that drag or stall, and install, repair and upgrade the operators that move them, including the wiring and control boards.
Can you add a keypad or intercom to the gate I already have?
In most cases, yes. A keypad, intercom or new set of remotes has to talk to the operator, so we check the opener and its control board first and tell you what will connect. Entry options are compared on the access control page.
What should I tell you when I call?
A short description of the gate and what it is doing: swing or sliding, the opener brand if you know it, and whether it is stuck open or closed. From there we arrange a time to come take a look.
Which communities do you cover?
